As the founder and principal of Abel Capital, Inc., Elliot leads a boutique consulting firm that reflects his personal expertise, vision, and hands-on leadership. Abel Capital is more than a company—it’s a strategic extension of Elliot’s active ventures in real estate, private equity, and multi-industry business development.

 

Elliot currently leads a team of licensed agents across both residential and commercial real estate, with over $50 million in closed volume and more than 250 commercial leases executed to date. As Associate Broker, President of Commercial Leasing and Business Consultant at Investment Realty Advisors, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s AUM from $180 million to nearly $500 million, primarily through asset stabilization, leasing strategy, team building, and acquisition and disposition work in Utah’s competitive retail market. Elliot currently represents approximately $15 million in active commercial listings across retail centers, office assets, industrial buildings, and ground-up developments, which can be viewed here.

 

He is also the co-founder of Birdie Realty Group, a residential brokerage team, and heads a commercial advisory group specializing in value-add and stabilized investment assets throughout the Mountain West.
